Steam quest Fallout Shelter isn't working for me. It says i don't have the game. i tried syching Steam, unlinking/relinking, waited a few hours, still thinks it's no there.

Steam quests not working at all again this week. What happened?
Steam quest choose your own game not updating. Tried the artfact reset, but no joy. At least the calendar seems to be working.
