Why is alienware spoiling the giveaways with arp requirements ? Seems extremely petty.

... it's 5 arp dude. At worst it stops a few newly-made-just-to-claim bots, at best it also causes a lil hesitation to stop people from friviously claiming keys just because they can. 5 arp is one daily login for any regular.
