$10 GoGift Gift Card
I tried to redeem a $10 Steam Gift Card, but when I clicked to go to the shopping cart, there was a purchase of $100. They asked me for PayPal or a credit card to complete the order. Why? I only wanted to redeem the $10, not buy $100. Now I can't redeem it anymore and I've lost the ARP I invested. I also tried going back to the shopping cart and canceling, but the cart was empty.
Could AWA please return my 3500 ARP spent?
