Hello there.

YOU MUST COMMENT AT LEAST THREE (3) TIMES TO GET 4 ARP.

Edit: Is it working for anyone? It won't complete for me. :(

Edit 2: Looks like it is bugged. Who do we come to for daily quest bugs? 

Edit 3: Unlike what that guy on the other thread said, THERE WAS NO 0/3 when the quest first showed up. Even so, I commented over 10 times and still didn't get it completed. It was only after Cartire looked at the problem and fixed it did the 0/3 show up.
