Is this for new members only, members that have never ever had A game pass activated on their account? Or can anyone use this deal?

cool but haven't seen anywhere the 'you can cancel your membership later' and its up to 1 year i think with 45$/3months after the 1st 3 months

I'm sure you can cancel though. I activated a deal like that though it was a long time ago, a year/1,5 year maybe but you can cancel this in your settings and it won't automatically renew after the end date of your subscription, which will be those 3 months. But like i said, if you've already had A game pass (either on Xbox or the pc version), you won't be able to use this deal and will be forced to pay full prise if you subscribe (it just won't show the deal, only the normal price). It will disappear when you log in.
