ACC does not load

Hi. My alienware command center on win10 x64 does open but showing loading animation and wont load. afteropening app i get notification "Service running required" (give us 30seconds). After several seconds new table appear "Do you want to alaow this app to make changes on your device" (yes). After that loading animation continuing and I cant make any changes in ACC. After ACC update it gave me confirmation that app has been updated (after i have opened it), but nothing changed.
