Hello. Has anyone had their Dell rewards expire sooner than they're supposed to? I earned $10 of Dell rewards on 5/21/2022. If I understand correctly I should have 90 days to use them before they expire right? Well I checked my Dell rewards balance at the Dell website today and it says 0 balance. I even double checked an email I got back in June that told me to use my rewards before they expired, and the expiration date given was 8/22/2022. Am I missing something about a change in Dell rewards expiration policy? Can someone please tell me if I'm not understanding how Dell rewards should work?
I was looking forward to finally using my rewards to buy something this month after missing out on using $70 of rewards I had earned since I created my account, but couldn't use because they expired before I realized they expired. And now ironically that I'm checking the expiration dates to make sure I use them before they expire they're expiring earlier than they're supposed to. I just can't win with this system it seems.
