Hi there.
I would like to upgrade my ssd. My computer has 500 gb it's an m14 r1. I want to remplace the nvme for another with more space. How can I do this without loosing all the data. Because the laptop only has one slot to put the ssd so I have to take it out in order to put the new one.

You can snapshot the drive and apply the snapshot to a larger drive.

Either connect the new drive to the same computer and then clone old to new

Snapshot your old drive to a network-attached drive, then inside your M14-R1, pull out the old drive and put in the new one. Finally, copy the snapshot onto the new drive using the copy placed on the network.

This is all possible using a free, open source tool called Clonezilla: https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php
