So what is the best way to earn ARP? I idle on the site and in streams, I do the quests, and I get MAYBE 30 a day. And yet I see people who finished the battlepass in one or two days? How is that even possible?

So they said we would be getting ARP refunds for avatar items we bought for the old system. Has anyone actually received this refund? I haven't.
I just tried watching the the featured Twitch channel, but instead of x2 ARP speed, it felt more like half. I had it open for at least 15 minutes, and it only tracked 6. Is it broken?
FYI, if you joined the Elder Scrolls Online event and did not receive your rewards, the keys are stored here in Settings > My Rewards, without any notification.
