Woo the level up achievements finally caught up for me. At least the account age. Just gotta be patient I guess.
Well, first time trying game vault right when it opens and I got my key. Page took a minute to load but wasn't bad to claim. Good luck everyone else!
Also, helpful-tip for achievement hunting, the forums are easier to collect/navigate pages than trying to go through the news/video section.
