got screwed... i put the artifacts for steam quests on sunday, did them... on monday i waited whole day for points to register from monday steam quests... hour or 2 before midnight i switched to twich artificats, thinking that steam quests are bugged... and i will do them next sunday... of course today points appeared but without any aritifacts bonus... wasted at least 35 arp ... and snake freezes for me every 5-6 steps...
What could be the reason why artifact sweepstake is region restricted? It is a jpeg :D for

was very strange page reloads but at the end got what i wanted
if any of the mods sees this, please write me ... i found a bug that can cause getting more ARPs as intended...
My artifacts that i changed on Sunday are still locked .... it is much longer than 24 hours... anyone else has this? (I tried logging off and logging in... didnt help)
