Honestly the chance of getting any decent game at all is so terrible that I don't even try any more. Its truly the worst part of this whole site. It would be really cool if they revamped it. But i highly doubt it considering people have been addressing this issue for months with no real resolve. You have a better chance of hitting the jackpot on temu b4 getting a decent game here anymore.

for the dota event... the bottom says "This community event requires that you own dota 2". I DO own it and have it installed and "sync games" didn't change the message. Is it being stupid because the event hasn't started yet or does anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

Anybody have the weekly challenge like todays axe master hang on the reward screen indefinitely and then have it say incomplete on the control panel page but in the game itself it says complete so you can't get the reward? Any info is helpful on how to fix this. Thanks.

Collect points for months to collect a game I ACTUALLY want and the thing hangs for about 30 seconds and then says all keys are gone. Alienware vault is a freaking joke.
