I’ve also had issues with the redeemed gift cards. The 25 USD card ended up providing, on average, less than 1.15 USD in value, and the 10 USD card was not activated and already shows as used. Does Alienware have any information on how this will be handled? Is there an estimate for when our ARPs will be refunded?
