My Wife created an AA and Dell account but hasn't received the 1500 DRP sign-up bonus according to their website page (https://na.alienwarearena.com/page/dell-advantage). After emailing support if we missed any steps they just responded with "no record of claiming 1500". Anyone know where you claim it or if that information is even accurate? Thank you.
