The twitch quests are wild... It works even if the quest area is blank. Whats been working for me is just be aware of what Streamers are in the program and watch. The points show up control center.
Looks like I'm not the only one with Twitch issues... Yesterday nothing... Today 30 mins= 1 point.
Also still in a Login loop trying to enter contests. Never shows that I'm login.
