How do you enter? Can somebody explain it? Is it region/level restricted or something? I have read February Sweepstakes comments, no explanation there also...

When I follow the link I see ordinary ARP page without any buttons like "Enter a Sweepstake" (or any other buttons) or is it works automatically?

The system function with ARP point, if I understand, you need "win" point for participate at the concours
