1. Create or log in to your Alienware Arena account.
2. Click the "GET KEY" button.
3. Log into your NC account and navigate to the 'Account Management' section.
4. Click the 'Apply a Code' tab, enter your serial code, and hit 'ACTIVATE'.
5. Click the 'APPLY' button on the right-hand side to link your code to your account.
6. Once activated you will see the following message at the top of the page: "You have successfully applied a new serial code to your account (Transaction History)." After activation, you will be able to find applied codes in your Transaction History.
7. For further assistance, navigate to the official Blade & Soul Serial Code redemption instructions page.
