i have a artifact that shows a locked lock in the upper left corner, how do i unlock it, the other two shows unlocked ??

It mean you changed it in the last 24 hours, you need to wait that much to change it again. If is locked after 24 hours try to upgrade a fullu upgraded\not-ipgradable artifact and it will unlock.

<mention>Crankybit</mention> sometimes an Artifact can't be changed even after 24h have passed. This is a known bug. Try upgrading one that has already reached max level, and the others that can be swapped out will then be displayed correctly.
