Uh, What happend to all my DRP?
I only have 500 now, Last month I had over 60000 and I haven't bought anything.

Dell recently made some changes to their Rewards Program, specifically doing away with "points" and, instead, issues rewards directly as Dell Dollars and changing the expiration window. It's probably related to that.

Some call it an "Update", others call it a sneaky DRP robbery. Facts is, lots of DRP wallets got substantially lighter without prior warning (Personally lost 300€). "Not amused" would be an understatement of the century.

Are you sure that Dell didn't convert your 60,000 Dell points into Dell Dollars? I understand that is one of the Rewards Program changes involved in their latest 'Update.'

Zero dell rewards onthe Dell site. Last month's AW statement said expiration was in 2027. WTF?!

I recommend asking Dell about their big update, because the staff here does not manage the Dell site or it's Dell Rewards program.
