Yeah, the rare stuff needs a lottery system. Honestly I think the biggest reason they don't do a lottery is they don't want us to know just how few keys there actually are.

We just need a system, where if you have earned enough arp and game is at your level to redeem, we get the key period.

@lomaxgnome - Lotteries fall under gambling laws, and most nations have stricter limits for minors. I doubt AWA wants to get into age verification for people around the world.
