What the heck. The banner on the game vault said 2100UTC, which according to time zone converter translated to 5pm PST. Yet it's already been opened and keys all sold out?

amusingly, I bing-ed it, and it said that 2100 UTC was 5PM PDT. but that was wrong. a different site said it was 3pm. also wrong. it's really 2pm because of daylight savings.

I just base it off reset time. 21:00 UTC is 3 hours before reset.
