Sydeon does not have the ARP tracker in her Twitch about section. Can I still earn ARP watching the stream?

No. The tracker is the only thing that determines if you're earning ARP or not.

If the Hive take the same time as before to give the ARPs and they don't have a tracker to get points... We're going badly, what a botched job

Sydeon's contract just ended. She has now been removed from the list. She had removed the tracker a bit early it seems.

Gotcha, I'll watch good old SirhcEz play some Nasus then. Hopefully I catch enough hours for the new non-Hive change.
