Artifacts 24 hours cooldown is very bugged for me. It's been almost 48 Hours and they didn't unlock yet.

upgrade a random artifact (maxed one work too) even if you miss the fragments that will fix it

it will refresh the inventory and the problem will be fixed dont forget to press the upgrade button

Thank you, guys! changing the domain to na.alienwarearena.com worked like a charm. Probably upgrading as @spigias suggested might work too, I'll try that next time.
