Dell Rewards, did anyone get their rewards back? All of us got our saved up rewards expunged on the 27th of May. Not a word from Dell at all.

Nope still showing 0 for me, and I logged into dell.com and it says I only have 5 dollars credit... which is absolutely wrong because I have been collecting them for years and in Canada they are not suppose to expire.

I did find this in my e-mail while looking for something else... "DELL REWARDS An update to your rewards expiration. Your Dell Rewards are still valid for a full year, however they will now expire on the 366th day of inactivity."

I'm starting to think they had an issue on the backend that might have wiped many peoples points. I have not been inactive on Alienwarearena for over a year, I have been active near daily for something like 12+ years.

No idea, without them saying anything we don't have a clue of whats happening, or if they are working on it or if they even realize there are issues.

I see $1,277. I don't know If I had more. I do know they expired mid next year. but now they say Aug of this year. It sees the june 5 DRP we got but it never reset the expire. should have reset to june 5 2027 as this keeps us active.

From what I've heard, it's all gotta be fixed through dell chat, alienwarearena has nothing to do with the points save for rewarding them. Try a dell sales chat and see what they can do.
