Does Them Contained artifact (20% all arp gained) work? If so, does it work on single Arp gains like those from Twitch?

No, it doesn't boost Twitch, because Twitch ARP is awarded 1 point at a time and 1/20 of that gets rounded down to zero. But the 20% should apply to everything else.

And while this should go without saying, you also need to have the Artifact equipped -before- the ARP is awarded. So, for example, if you login and then equip "Them" you won't get a boost to the Calendar Login or Daily Streak ARP because

@Dreamcast_ - It depends on which other Artifacts you have/use and what level they're at. With the Sylphin Fission Blade and Pn 295 Unstable Battery (both full upgraded), I got 63 ARP for World of Tanks and 51 ARP for the free choice game.

@Dreamcast_ - If you don't use any other Steam Quest boosting Artifacts besides Them Contained, you should get 30 ARP for the set games and 18 ARP for the Choose Your Own game.

<mention>StompsDaWombat</mention>, I also got 61 for World of Tanks, and 51 for Choose your own game. Pn 295 + Fission Blade both cards are maxed. I got in total a extra 20 arp for the steam quest.
