The trick is to repeatedly click them individually until your order goes through. Somehow it managed to work after I did it but even so it's weird.

@VenturousGamer - I had to do that sometimes, but I also check my ARP Log for deductions inbetween the clicks. Also, sometimes changing the region URL (e.g. https://na to https://uk) can help.
