I'd also like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to your DRPs. Check if your DRPs have expired prematurely! All of my DRPs were reset to zero this month, even though the Dell website indicated that no points would expire. Even points I received in June have now expired after less than 30 days.

it might just be you. Mine are fine. The only DRP that expire are the ones that were your remaining DRP last cycle. Check your DRP log on the Dell site.

I am one of the people also affected by this. I posted about it on AA last week. Even the points I earned on July 17, 2025 were wiped out.

didn't happen to me (I'm in USA). I had only 22 drp expiring on July 15 and they did. Another slug scheduled for aug 15.

same thing happened to me. I lost over $270. in DRD. Been chatting/emailing/calling in 7/15 when I logged in to use them with no results yet. They've escalated it twice with no new help. Kinda infuriated about it!
