Hey, how to unlock achievements like " reach tier 5 or equip an artifact "
are achievements bugged?

Both those achievements are bugged for long time members. The artifact one only works if you've never equipped that artifact before, so unlikely to have any let to try. That's why the April Fools Black Rose was useful for achievement.

A lot of 'cheves are broken. Especially if you have already done it before the program started.
