What are fragments used for?

Fragments are used for upgrading Artifacts to higher tiers! At the higher tiers you get better bonuses with them :)

Thanks, now the next question is what are Artifacts:) So glad they did away with the forums, at least those were sort of searchable. This relay crap doesn't seem to be.

Search and Tagging, to make it easier to filter and find things is coming soon :) But ya, for now if you click AWA information on the side you can find the old boards.
