Fragments are harder to come by, that's why I went fragments first and then ARP

I got the frags as well. Then the DRP as the math played out better that way on my end.

I got 200 + Fragments. Fragments will become useless in time but to increase ARP faster theyu are needed in the beginning. Plus 10 Fragments are priced 150 ARP in store so better that.
