Hello everyone, could someone help me on how to change the user color in the forum to activate the Zorathian Renaissance of the flux artifact?

You need all three cards of that set equipped in your artifact slots to get the set bonus.

You are reading it the wrong way, the set bonus changes the user forum color (which I dont think does much on the relay system we have now), other than that its what MysteriousMrX said.
