Thanks alienware arena, 5 hours with the games running and I haven't completed the steam quest. More than 100 stolen ARP and still not fixed this. It is quite unfair If the problem benefits us users, they fix it quickly and fast, but if the problem is not working properly, they never fix it.

Worked fine for me. Maybe disconnect and reconnect steam with alienware. Also, the time does not show until you log out of the game and then give it a bit of time to register.

Given how often the site has issues with stuff lagging/breaking, you should never wait until the last minute to complete -any- quest, but especially Steam quests and Community Events.

Its probably a good idea not to do them the last day they are available, just in case things like this happen..

Maybe you did not left-click on the arrow in the circle when starting the game? Strangely, game time may not be counted if you right-click and then use the open command, or when you click on the game name.

Also, "stolen" seems like a strong word to use to me. Maybe "free but not gifted"?

@mterme Well, I did it as usual I have never had any problems until today, yes I have had delays in receiving ARP's but not like today. Just in case after 1,5h and not receiving the ARP I opened them again.

I do consider it “stolen” I did my part and AWA did not give me the reward. It's not my problem that their system is malfunctioning, they won't care and it will continue to malfunction.

@StompsDaWombat @T4bletopG4mes Yes, I know it's not the best idea to leave it to the last day but I can't do it before I don't have that possibility. But blaming the user when it's your system that doesn't work well makes no sense to me.

I can't say what happened yesterday, but maintenance on Steam has been known as a cause for AWA failing to retrieve info from Steam.

did you click the "launch quest" button for each of them? I feel like sometimes it doesn't count if I dont click 'start quest' first.
