How can you tell if your artifacts are working?
I have the +ARP steam quest one activated but my completed steam quest only shows the usual amount of ARP rewarded. Does a person need to document and watch your total ARP to tell?

You need to check on ARP Log instead of Control Center. Since there only shows the Basic ARP without Artifact Bonus.
