Performance optimization? System health? Didn't Nvida app already does that for Nvida graphic card? and there are quite a few apps for system health?

The best you can do for performance & system health is uninstall Windows. Period. Another benefit, on Linux you won't get background auto installations of performance degrading spyware/adware (like Alienware AWCC) pushed on by Microsoft.
