ugh almost a month later and my personalization stuff STILL IS NOT WORKING. I cleared the cache and the cookies nothing. I change it, press save, and it reverts back. I bought a border with my points and can't even use it due to this and that is the most annoying part. If i was aware it would break on me I would have saved the points... now my points have been spent on nothing. Thought it would fix itself by now but still having the issue. ALIENWARE PLEASE HELP.
