Hello, new here. Has anyone had any issues with the AW Pro gaming headset? I just got mine and my AWCC does not recognize it. Not even connected by chord or USB dongle.

I had trouble syncing my Alienware headset to AWCC as well but I like the way the headset is right out of the box.

I'd ask that in the discord in the community tab up top. Probably get a lot more responses and maybe a mod or two weighing in.

I had to go to the dell webstore to download manually the firmware update for the headset, but it was never recognized by the AWCC. Which sucks.
