Bought some Dell Reward points. How long do I have to claim them / how long do they stay in Pending Bought Rewards?

From my experience, they expire 12 months from the day they appear on your Dell account.

They remain in your Dell account for a few months, or so, until you either use them or they're expired. This forces you to race against time to salvage as much and find products to buy. Start planning before it's too late until claiming it.

The AWA staff has not set a time limit, but they also make no promise that it will remain here forever. Many DRP savings vanished when Dell updated their site back in May, so it's become more risky to save up too much DRP on either site.

From my experience with them, you can keep them in 'Pending' status for as long as you want to. In the US, once you claim/activate them you have until the 15th of the 4th month after claiming them to use them or you will lose them.
