the my rewards tab shows i have 7000 drp, but the dell page shows i only have $3. i know i redeemed every drp i earned, or did the awa page nor realize i only have $3 left?

In my experience, Arena and Dell's site aren't always in perfect sync, especially after you spend DRP. Dell's site adjusts your total immediately but it may take awhile before AWA catches up.

Likewise, when you earn DRP on here, depending on how overloaded the system is, it may take several hours for it to register on your Dell account.

You can try contacting support, though its VERY hit or miss. I ended up losing out on ~$80 of Dell rewards because they could not figure out why the two were not synced, and after they "fixed" it, they refused to honor and DRP I already had
