So not only does the "Them" artifact take my arp, but it's now been 24 hours and I can't switch it out so... it's the prank that won't stop.

Just try to put any already activated artifact on the same slot it's activated, so that u can finally put the other one on them slot. (its a 'fix' I do when it happens to me)
