I see that many cool avatar cosmetics
cannot be bought on market. Will they appear on market someday? Do they rotate like artifacts?

There 14 pages on the Markeplace right now. Maybe if you search your favourites ones might find 'em? Plus, there were events where the rewards were avatars (included complete outfits).

I have the same question, I missed the events, it would be cool to have rotations or the possibility to exchange with the community

@King Luiso - I have check it but those are not there. The problem is also that I dont know names of those parts or their set, because they are not listed in user profiles, I can just see them equipped on user avatar.

@ⓞⓤⓣⓢⓘⓓⓔⓑⓞⓧ - stuff from events - it would not, if you have to buy them fo ARP. I also would have no problem if they would repeat the events to earn them.

@ⓞⓤⓣⓢⓘⓓⓔⓑⓞⓧ - there are still arp and fragments as event rewards, so you still need to join because of upgrades
