Can a mod admin please help me. I brought a $10 go gift card on 1-08-2026 it gave me a error bug took my ARP but didn't give me my gift card. I contact email alienware on 6-08-2026 since than I have not gotten any reply or my ARP back. Have you tried putting your request in the Alienware Discord (#report-issue)? Mods there are more likely to pick it up.

Try on discord and check "rewards" on your profile is a chance that you have alredy gift card code there.
