Any suggestions on how to get the site to sync and update my steam account again? I have tried the button a few times and it never happens. I am assuming because of a large steam library it times out.

This is the same thing that happens to me. You gotta play the game for a bit, like an hour to get alienware to realize you own the game

You have to run games you need to run before you start things. Like maybe 2 minutes, minimum. It never syncs anything that has never been run before. This applies to all accounts. I swear there is a PSA that says this.
