Game Auction Question... example... someone bids 10000 arp , and the second highest 5500... is then 10000 or example 5501 or 5500.... the final winning one?

it is very interesting, when it comes to the axe throw game after day 4 step off.... if you play this on a older or slower pc or notebook it is much easier, because the rotating signs are slower, but if you play it on a high end newer pc the rotating signs are speedy as ..... i do not think that is the sense behind, right?
